Master the Principles of Bone and Joint Infection Management
The Bone & Joint Infection Academy (BJIA) is an international educational platform dedicated to advancing the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal infections through interactive, case-based, and hands-on training.
Designed for orthopaedic surgeons and infectious diseases (ID) physicians with a special interest in bone and joint infections, the Academy combines the latest scientific evidence with practical surgical and medical education delivered by an internationally renowned multidisciplinary faculty.
The Academy consists of two complementary hands-on modules.
Module 1 – Fracture-Related Infection (FRI)
Launching in June 2027
This intensive two-day course provides comprehensive training in the diagnosis and multidisciplinary management of fracture-related infections (FRI), from the initial assessment to definitive reconstruction and long-term follow-up.
